Alright I have my main site that has about 50 unique articles on it. Right now my writer is rewriting all 50 articles. My plan is to start a blogspot and post 1 article a day on the blogspot. Each article I will: 1. Submit to digg. 2. Submit to reddit. 3. Stumble. 4. Submit to 50 Article Directories - with 2 links point back to the blogspot. Now in each article I plan on having three links with targeted anchor text pointing back to my main blog. I also plan on having 5 site wide links pointing back to my main blog. This should give me roughly 400 quality links to my main blog. My thought behind this is, I will be able to promote the blogspot to the blogspot community, and get some pretty good backlinks. Then link the blogspot to my main blog using my keywords as the anchor text, thus raisng my page rank and SERPs of my main blog. Your thoughts? Anything I can add to make this plan better?
You have planned with No of links ..But i dont see your plan is nothing have different.....But Surely i say By this you can increase page rank.......
Why would you stumble those articles? Nobody is going to thumb-up them when they see them (just being realistic here)
I am not rewriting I am having someone else re write them. What other options will uphold the quality of the article?
send me an example of one of your articles, and I'll run it thru the 'boss for you. Then you can decide for yourself whether doing it by hand is sensible or not.
I don't think it will will much for you. If you submit 50 articles for the same site to social bookmarking sites, you will be perceived as a spammer of self promoter, giving your bookmarks less weight. What you are creating is a "round robin" or a "link farm". 50 articles that are already indexed, rewritten, and then resubmitted with links circling back between 2 sites, is not hard for Google algorithms to figure out since that is not a new idea. I think you would have better results with fresh articles, submitted to article directories, or on 5 different blogs, 10 articles each, than using 2 sites to link the same content back and forth...still kind of a link farm, but at least from more sources. It seems like a lot of work to "trick " Google into PR, especially since all the links will be your own, and will not bring you any traffic what so ever. Traffic is more important than PR. PR does not make sales. Now when you go to sell the site, let's just say it has some PR, any good webmaster will check the links and see what you have created and consider your site worthless (if PR is the main selling point), because you have it set up on a link farm and not linked from sources of traffic. Experienced webmasters don't buy for PR just for the sake of PR, they buy because the site has traffic, or makes money. JMO
I decided to scratch the idea of the articles directories and social bookmarking. Bascailly right now my idea is to try to get as many incoming links to my blogspot from other webmasters wil simliar interest. It won't be hard because people in the same niche as many blog about this niche for a hobby. So right now my plan is to: Publish the 40 articles on my site with trageted keywords linking back to my main site. Contact as many webmasters as I can in the same niche asking for links. There just seems like something else I could be doing. Seems like I am missing something.
