    Alright, I found a niche market that I am both interested in, and there is *no* competition in that field yet. None.

    I researched the keyword on Overture, and eventually accumulated a list of 50 keywords representing 30,000 searches.

    I went into Adwords, and submitted the list of keywords, and got back avg. CPC's of $1.50 - $15.00 for these keywords. I used the Digital Point Adsense Tool, and there are definately many ads for the keywords I want.

    What other research should I do before starting?

    Also, before diving in, is there anything else I should do?

    Thanks guys. I am kind of excited about this, but I want to make sure I am going in to it with my eyes open.
