oK for putting adsense -

    OK to put adsense on a domain that has the registrant address in another country and admin contact in USA is that OK? (different addresses)
    admin, technical and billing done in USA.

    I doubt Google would care.

    If you are applying for an account, they likely only care if the registrant appears to be the same as the applicant.

    If you already have an Adsense account, you can put the ads on any domain you like, as long as it meets the all of the rules.
