There are multiple ways. One of my favorites is article marketing- but the articles need to be high quality...
myspace, youtube, articels, social networking.... these are all free ways to bring free traffic to your site but you got to work a bit. bobkat
Article marketing has been fabulous for me. I highly recommend it. I would write articles for www.ezinearticles.com, associatedcontent.com, goarticles.com...and of course create a good resource box and use it to link back to your site.
Create some Squidoo lenses about your site. That will provide you with some traffic and some backlinks.
find forums that talk about the psp, join them, provide useful content when you talk in those forums, and put links to your site in your sig. If people are on those forums you know they are your exactly targeted audience. They will come to you.

Some of you mentioned do something you enjoy or look at what skills, strengths wekanesses you have etc. I would compeltely disagree with that. You are not embarking on some perosnal journey but trying to create value and reap profits. Approach it like a real business, analayse not yourself but the markets, patterns, shifts, wether somethign is of adquete size, etc. basically you are making a guess, in some cases on too little information, to create somethign that people want to see and read. 1) make a business plan --> let requirements for success determine the resources needed not what funds or time ( resources) you have available. 2) secure resources needed for success ( where most fail, if you need to buy 5k$ of traffic to make it successfuul, do it and find cash somehwere) 3) focus on traffic 4) print money 5) blogs are dead, find something else
