Why am I selling?

I have over 300 websites, which is far too many for me to handle! I am slowly, but surely updating each one and then putting
them up for sale. This is just one of many.

I have just recently updated the site (updated the plugins and Wordpress Version). You can easily add adsense or an affiliate product.

I created the site with a short welcome message and three unique articles. Then added three more on topic ezinearticles -- however they have a "spin" intro to make them a bit more unique. As with many of my websites, once it was created, I pretty much forgot about it and did very little off-site SEO. Yet, it is coming up #2 on Yahoo for Oil Work.
