I think this name is worth a lot more than $xx or $xxx. I'd estimate high $x,xxx to and end-user like "OhYeah.com" or "OhYea.com". It looks like there are quite a few domain names registered with "ohyeh" in them... I'd put the real value on this domain at about $7k... to a reseller, maybe 2% of that... so it is.
