In my opinion, i dont think using adsense on filehosting or proxies is doing well cuz u have a specific content, but iam still use it on my proxy they get me very good impressions & lower the ctr.

Go for CPM programs like ValueClick and Casale. With your traffic you should make a decent amount of $$$$.

To all of those who are getting banned: have you tried contacting to see why you were banned? And, did you know that, sometimes, you can work things out and have your account re-activated? It's certainly worth a try (in my opinion, anyway).

I did not like adbrite at first when I used it on a site. but I gave it another try and it really good.
I make more money with adbrite then i ever did with adsense.

the only problem with adbrite is it pays every 60 days not every 30 like adsense.

Brennan found your post from a time ago about the same thing and posted it below.

I'd say from your post above (three adsense accounts, click fraud letters, etc) that you have a history and Google has you flagged.

I have no idea why would someone having 400,000 uniques a month would ever need adsense. You would be making tonnes without adsense.

it is so easy to get someone's adsense account banned. all i need to do is click your google ads a hundered times. that will ban you even if you didnt do it yourself. most likely culprit would be a competitor.

OK Show Me your site and I can tell you what you did wrong.

I ran a few image hosting sites and to have a CTR or 10% your tricking them. These sites have low CTR not in the 10% (like entertainment sites)
Traffic i not the problem its fairly simple to generate 1k hits in the first day or two.

Show us the URL and I bet 1 million I can tell you WHy the banned you!

Other than Google Adsense, what contextual ads service do you recommend; in order of preference?

hey, you can get re-instated with Adsense if you appeal them without getting nasty. The only bad part is all your earnings will be forfeited regardless. I got banned last month, I appealed *one* time without cursing them out or freaking on them (although I did spread my case amongst many forums and blogs). Yeah, I lost two months which was a LOT of money, but I got back in. Now I learned my lesson, I only use Adsense for 10%-15% of my ads space....

Trust me, what I lost meant christmas presents for my kids and my business bank account bouncing but it was a learning experience...

    #1 - never give up
#2 - learn from getting screwed
#3 - never trust Google or any affiliate program
#4 - never count on earnings
    #5 - don't EVER EVER give up (see #1)

Shame on Google for the ruse they play on us webmasters. It's bad karma on them, not us, but please don't ever let it destroy your dreams. Time will show, Google will pay one hundred fold for all the bad karma they have coming to them for all the legit publishers they have cheated, but in the meantime, it's "their game" - so keep a stiff upper lip and look for alternatives and never put all of your eggs in one basket.

Sorry for all of you have been cheated, but it's a fact of life, business is not easy or honest. You have to take the good and the bad and still keep cranking out your work. If you do, God will smile down on you. Take it as a lesson learned and be strong and never forget to pass your learnings on to novices.

God Bless you all and Happy Holidays, there are more important things in life than Adsense, namely family, friends and life. Google is a drop in the bucket.

I'd humbly remind you to worry about your own business rather than trying to play internet detective against others. The karma you're wielding will eventually bite you in the rear.

Plus, any experienced, intelligent person knows anybody who goes digging up dirt on another person has plenty of skeletons in his/her own closet.

Where can I signup for MSN Ads??
I've been looking around, can't find it anywhere. I suppose they only put ads on MSN Messenger and their own sites.

I thought the same thing, but if he is offering a free service to everyone then he would need the ads for revenue.
