This is becoming really nasty. I just had yesterday a client stating he was banned and he says he had no fraudulent clicks (i.e. claimed he has not asked anyone to click on his ads), yet he gets his account banned for that. The bad thing is that you get banned and you get only a email where they tell you are banned (sheesh thanks, i would of guessed by myself when i'd see ads not displaying in my site anymore), what about sending a nice and detailed email to your "ex"publishers and explaining them why and how all happened, so we won't think that the clicks were not actually fraud, but what G AdSense is doing might be a fraud. I believe everyone that is being punished has the right to know WHY he was punished. How do they determine if a click was fraudulent or not (if it is not click bombing), do they determine that basing on rather that visitor that clicked the ad will actually purchase a product or not? Well if thats the case, ain't publishers fault if the advertisers product sux big time or is not exactly what the visitor wants.
Having or not 3 accounts thats not the case here since he got one account restored. So lets stop repeating that, the fact is...he got banned, he doesn't know why he is banned (he presumes he was click bombed) but he has no clue, since the adsense team does not give you proofs why you (go in jail) got banned and your account suspended.
There is no click bomb - that's only their "reason". They've discovered relation between accounts and that was the real reason :/
OK ok... Having three adsense account itself might be the problem for the ban which had been discussed in detail. What you have to do now is to immediately write to the adsense support a professional mail explaining the reasons for click frauds, for which you are not at all responsible. Hope you will be reinstated sooner
