Looks like CB has done another slight update to their interface! What does that mean to affiliates? Probably nothing - just the same old buggy tracking, payment processing issues, shoddy support, etc.... In other words, the same turd in an improved package Enjoy! Jim
Nothing major... the font on the main page as well as all the stats pages is ever o slightly different!
Typical...My sales have dropped like a rock and this explains it. Of course people (Clickbank groupies) will argue that point, but numbers don't lie. Make hundreds a week, then sales drop to next to nothing with the same amount of traffic and clicks. Please...Either their service and IT Department is extremely poor, or they are skimming sales. Doesn't take a genius to figure it out. It's almost tempting to start up my own company like Clickbank. It's pretty obvious they can't open a can of Coke without screwing it up.
Have you guys missed it? Clickbank now has a fully fledged ticket system!! It allows vendors 24 hours to save the sale after a refund request. You guys should be kissing CB's ass, not dissing it! lol http://www.clickbank.com/ticket_system_info.html So you can see the customer inquiry form has changed too: http://www.clickbank.com/orderDetail.htm?clear=true
Cooool....Nice info, I always like staying on top of new changes and updates with any affiliate program I market. Looks like not much has changed but one little tweak can help a million, sometimes. I like that....rolf. 24 hrs to save the sale..Sweeet! In my honest opinion, maybe I have lost some sales thru tracking glitches or maybe not but I still love CB and will always say good words about them. I've made some nice checks with them and will always scatter some of their links throughout my blogs and sites. cheers!
Finally, something that can be really useful! It will waste some of the publisher's time but would be well worthed.
