Oh No, Received Infraction for no reason

Well, I am not complaining, but I am completely baffled because I received my Infraction for no point.
let me tell you

I replied to proxy discussion thread in hope if somebody can help me out

I tried to provide a file called nph-php which is required to help me in that case

As this forum dose no allow php files to be attached , I have upload them to media fire and so that people would download it directly. But mods noticed as affiliate link and marked it for infraction

how come my mediafire file is affiliated link, do you bother to download the file also
