oh no, not another appraisal thread of a domain with not content on it!

    Yeah, That got your attention. I figured it was worth a shot. Anyway, I own a domain MageWorld DOT com. It was originally registered in 1996 and I scored it for free. No cost from the owner(it didn't expire). there is nothing on it but a parked page. I honestly do not plan on selling it because I am working on a game for it, but I was curious if the right buyer came along what would the value of it would be? I do not think reg fee would be applicable but I am not sure. Games are fun, so are mages.

    Is it just a sitting duck until I put content on it?

    Could be a guild site or something but I think its worth around mid-$xxx because of the age.

    about 100 bux imho. mage is only 1 char of the game so its quite specific within its own niche and to add to it, its 2 word.

    thanks for the replies, like I said I have no intentions of selling it. It does have a good gaming niche, Like for world of warcraft or people that are obsessed with mages/magic. or even text based games, or other games. Ill build on it eventually.
