Oh my God!!! Please Help Me!!!

Hello Mods and Friends,
First i say very very sorry for creating a second account in DP but the Problem i got is a very Big issue so no way to mail to any dp mods
Please help mods

Mods my Another account here in DP is WebSpy [forums.digitalpoint.com/member.php?u=239975] [the only account i created in DP]
and by yesterday night i got an an Notification Email from DP as that account is locked so i have thought that some one try to hack to my DP account so changed pass immediately



But Yesterday Night i got a message from DP as Infraction Received stating that as You have Received an Infraction and it's Result is Permanent account ban due to multiple account...
But i can honestly tell you that i have not created any other accounts in DP other that this [http://forums.digitalpoint.com/member.php?u=239975]



So as a result my Name in DP, 1200+ Posts and 20+ iTraders got wasted
So please help me Mods regarding this...
Atleast if you can't remove the ban please Reduce the Ban Period to 7 Days BST Ban since i can't imagine a Virtual world without Digital Point...
