I've been meddling with Adsense for a while now and it's been working out pretty well. I'm not one of those publishers that earning 4 or 5 figures a month, but rather an extra ~$200 a month. I haven't really been focusing on improving my earnings, as I've been involved in some other things, but my earnings for this month are quite abysmal. I started the month off earning a much lower rate per click and then to top it off, Google unleashed their new clickable area rules. That's left my income basically sliced in half, with pretty much the same traffic and the same number of clicks. It's a sad thing, but I probably won't be seeing an Adsense check this month .
Today at 12am is your last time to get that $3 or else you will have to wait the entire december and to jan for your check.
Unless its a site to download files, host images or something equivalent, your earnings are way too low for the no. of page impressions. I would have got about $1000 (maybe more for the same).
I'm getting about $30-40/mo, and its basically my glass ceiling. I guess it's pretty good, considering I only have between 170-240 visits per day.
I know. This will be the first month that I haven't recieved an adsense check for a while. Hopefully I'll pull through.
