Oh gurus, is my placement good enough?

I don't really want to disptrupt the normal news with my ads so i decided to put them on the sides. Should i change the colours? Just tell me anything, i'm ready to take contructive critisism!

Going to change the domain in the future so don't worry about that.

 

Place one more banner ads on Footer, and it is not conviniant to place ads on sides.

 

the right side of your site looks broken...im using FF...i think with this kind of site...its better to use a blog with a decent template...
