It's seems you are searching for faults. Without doubt, you can surely find things I have done wrong, but I've done a lot of things right too, and every day I try to help people the best I can. Sometimes that is not good enough. I will fail people sometimes, but it won't be because I didn't try my best with the knowledge I had available to me.
