Ok, so I went to the movie theater this evening to take a break off the computer. I bought a ticket for "Yours, Mine and Ours" and these guy was doing a search on Google for "Helen White" a woman he likes, then get mad beacause he receive a result of 17,000,000. The day after they told his friend that he was searching for her on Google. Then, they just start a conversation about Google on the movie. Oh come one! It seems that is hard to take a break!
It's called "product placement". Smart people would optimize for "Helen White", put up a quick site about this movie (plus all the movies the actors etc. have ever been in), add some links to buy DVDs and posters with some adsense thrown in too, and make all the money off all the people curiously wondering about the search in that movie.
It's up to 18,300,000 results now. And I have to say the artwork of a certain Helen White looks like the crayon drawings of a psychotic 12 year old.
I remember the episode of 2 and a half men where Charlie finds a page about him in Google... I love that show
