Chocolates are good when you have the right amount of it and If your having Dark chocolate its the best and good for health as well. I make chocolates at home by getting raw semi sweet dark chocolates and my whole family loves them. It is certainly the best desert in my family.

It is healthy is normal amount but in excess can cause you to become fat. Really dark chocolates are healthy for the heart.

Milk is produced by a cow for a cow not for humans. And it COURSES CANCER. Bovine Growth Hormone (rBGH) is been used. It's a drug that is injected into dairy cows, forces them to produce 25% more milk than usual and damages the cows reproductive capacity. Scientists even admit that injected cows contain a higher amounts of a potent cancer tumor promoter called IGF-1, and the milk contains higher levels of puss, bacteria, and antibiotics. Even cappuccino drinks you pay huge amounts of money that are 3/4 milk contain a extra dose of puss, blood, antibiotics and growth hormones. Everything can cause cancer, allegedly. If we stopped consuming all the alleged cancerogenic produce, then we would die as nothing left to consume. If chocolate and milk were so bad for you, cancer would be a lot more prevalent than it is. Anything in excess is bad for you. A healthy diet is a balanced one, as the body needs carbs, fats, sugars, etc, and not just the "healthy" things/lean foods, etc. Also, chocolate takes good, makes you feel happy, therefore it's good for psychological health.
It makes you fat, unless you eat small amounts of raw cocoa or dark chocolate - by small I'm talking a thumbnail sized piece a day.

I don't know if they are fat or healthy, even I don't care. I just eat a lot of chocolate when I find that. Its Yummy...................
