Buying Offstore reseller

    My requirement on Offshore Reseller
    min 20GB space
    min 1000GB space
    max $15 a month
    CPanel a must.. with reseller account to sell hosting..
    Must allow adult content ( no child porn of course )
    must be fast and uptime 99%
    no overselling

    which allow:
    Nulled script,
    Adult content,
    maybe solo advertising,
    arcade site,

    Have then installed: ioncube, zend, imagemagick, GD

    PM me the detail remember my budget is maximum of $15

    I tried VPS i like it but unmanaged one but now i cant get it setting up( reload centos a fresh and tired to install everything and no working now :/ )

    i have vps right now but unmanaged one i got it back working again...
    the location is not matter for me and better offshore that allow nulled script and adult content ( legal one ) and stuff...
    if u have better offer to offer me ill look into it,,,
