Buying Offshore VPS required!

    Hi,

    I need offshore VPS to run a reasonably intensive usenet indexing script --[512 ram & a decent cpu]

    No illegal files will be hosted on the server, howerver I need to be 100% certain my anonymity is secure & the server is in a region where [indirect] linking is allowed.

    Any offers welcome, however please bear in mind my budget is minimal.

    privacy is extremely important to me, and although nothing illegal is hosted on the server.. the script acts as a 'middle-man', indexing the files that clients use to access usenet.
