Buying Offshore VPS required asap!

    Hi,

    I need offshore VPS to run a movies website
    512 - 1000 mb RAM
    500 GB bandwidth.
    cPanel
    and provide to transfer my host account.

    No illegal files will be hosted on the server, but linking to movies on megavideo etc. is allowed.
    My budget is $50.
