Offshore VPS Needed. (Must allow Warez-Linking)

    Hello

    Currently I am having some problems with my offshore VPS, the network speed has been very slow since yesterday so I would like to start looking for a new VPS provider just in case. I can pay by Paypal or CC. I am currently at Netherlands.

    Here's what I need:

    Must be OFF Shore and Warez Linking is allowed. Also, very FAST SPEED. There will only be Warez Linking, no Hosting.



    Space: 10-15 gigs
    Bandwidth: 100 gigs
    CPU: Equal Share, or a good amount of CPU.
    Dedicated Ram: 512 megs. Burstable: 768 megs -1 Gig
    Fully Managed
    LxAdmin (or Direct Admin if free)
    24/7 Support (by Instant Messenger and Support Tickets)
    VPS must be MySQL/Apache Optimized to handle a very busy blog and keep the load and also, Security Hardened.

    Budget: You Post Your Price.

    Please post your price for this specs. and include:

    1- The Server Specs., Location and DC
    2- Test File and IP.
    3- Setup Time
