    What's with abuse handling?
    I run a service that is about to be spammy (no CP, no religious crap - and it fits the US and local laws so no yelling at this topic) at some part - so it generates following kind of abuse mails.

    1. Direct spam sent as an advertisement of my services including spam service itself.
    2. Fake abuse reports - since I manually track each message sent, I know that there is some people who may just like to cause troubles by reporting fake issues.
    3. Indirect abuse - some of my services are multi-domain to stay on high loads, so abuse may come asking to shut down the legit scripts on certain IP/host.
    4. Proxy abuse - fake report on unsolicited connect to VPN/proxy. Since the server-side part is my gateway to forward some traffic via encrypted chan.
    4.1. This could get also terminated by hoster, I haven't found a leak in your ToS to clearly describe this
