Anyone reason why your thread and plans are similar to Plutost.com's? http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1326064 I'm not sure who was the original one to put "Note: We do not take any responsibility for your VPS, except for Hardware issues. You have to know how to manage an Unmanaged VPS." since you guys have been around since 2007. Reason for asking is, interested in purchasing an NL VPS ... your prices are a little steeper, but if you've been around much longer than Plutost.. it would make more sense to go with you? Just kind of weary on who is copying whose plans.. the way the plans are written, are identical in format, just not features. Originality counts!
And another thing -- Plutost allows *all* content including warez as posted in other threads. If you guys are in the same country (NL) is it a personal policy of Prahost to not allow warez on their servers? Just curious.
Above format i used many times on other sites and again here. and i want to know does it really matters? and about content. No one allow warez on their server. as per my information Our Dc not allow warez.

Of course it matters. In all respect and representing the hundreds of scammers that get bored and have no originality, copying another's layout obviously is a red flag. You're not speaking to a 12 year old buying VPS's for my IRC vanity vhost pleasure, or a 16 year old starting up a warez forum. You're actually speaking to a 30-some been around the block, over 15 years in the IT industry, who had a client originally from Holland who would prefer their servers to be in their home country. So does it matter? Yeah, it matters where I'm getting the business from, and why another person has used that same layout. I am also asking what the descrepency is between Plutost's AUP and yours regarding warez being allowed or not allowed. When a customer asks, "Why was my account suspended because I kept backups of music I had downloaded at work.. or stored an 4.6 GB ISO of a hard drive image and it's gone", I would like to be able to at least know it had nothing to do with violating AUP.
