Buying Offshore Reseller Hosting

    I want to buy Offshore Reseller Hosting with these things:
    *Prefer to pay monthly.
    *Offshore hosting (NL/FR), that allows nulled scriptz, privte warez hosting, warez linking and all that.
    *unlimited cpanel accounts create
    *unlimited domains hosted.
    *Include WHMCS intergred.
    *the company must be at least 1 year old
