    Answer: The specs of our VPS nodes are AT LEAST 8GB ram, 800GB HD.

    Question: How long does it take to setup my account once I ordered?
    Answer: For Linux VPS it takes 2 minutes, it is automatically setup after you pay, for windows VPS, it can take up to 24 hours or less.

    Question: How do I connect to my Windows VPS?
    Answer: You connect to your Windows VPS via remote desktop connection.

    Question: How do I connect to my Linux VPS?
    Answer: You connect to your Linux VPS by using your favorite SSH client, we recommend PuTTY.

    Question: Is rapidleech allowed?
    Answer: Private rapidleech is allowed on the VPS.

    Question: What is the difference between OpenVZ and Xen?
    Answer: OpenVZ doesn't allow kernel changes, it is faster in general, no swap space, but with burstable RAM. Xen allows swap, great for IO intensive websites. It does not have burstable RAM.

    Believe me guys this santrex is a big failure in the history of hosting, they don't have anything just lying I have opend many disputes againest them on paypal and moneybookers .
