We did explain the situation and emailed our users 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and even more during the issues, if we did predict the power failure we would have notified our users before ahead.

We did manage to sort all our Netherlands issues same day, but the power failure affected the boot of a specific NODE which then required new hardware which did take time to be replaced, our support team did manage to help all our users with their requests and got them all back to track, we also gave one free month for our users per request.

Aonas, I don't think a 5 years old would be able to run a company, so keep your silly comments to yourself.

We do apologies once again for what's been caused in Netherlands, but among hundreds of servers 1-2 issues with a couple of servers doesn't mean that we're scammers or providing bad services.

We do get from time to time issues with servers and that's unpredictable, will happen to any hosting company out there.

Our users are being compensated for all the downtimes and we don't see anyone that's been left behind.

 

They are really strict bout VPS haha, mine was suspended for bots

 

I think you don't get it. The site promises a 99% uptime but it's been around 60 to 70% for me.Due to this, my traffic didn't grew as expected.Users complaint about the speed and the downtime.

How would you compensate the traffic lost?

It surely is a loss for me !! . If I had to rate you , I would give you not more than a 3 on 10

 

i've been with them on DE server since dec 08 and never had much problems except a short downtime about two month a go or so

anyways, i'm interested at your dedi offer: Unmetered France Standard servers
is it OVH-based?

 

I have had Plenty of Bad Isses

downtime 2 days Wait on tickets Susspend me Lost all of my Data Etc Stuff like that

Santrex is totally a Scam webhosting provider!
I have order a VPS from you since 1 April! and till now it has not been setup!

I have open more than 3 tickets! and they have been closed without any reply!

Please refund me my money!!!
Santrex is a BIG JOKE for me!!

 

I orderd 3 vps in total

They susspend all three i spent over 250$ they lost me loads also setup was very slow they blamed it on my email just to try to avoid setup times

Trust me am not Jokeing but santrex are a rubbish provider

Users do get suspended for a reason, if you break our terms of use we will suspend you, just like any other provider out there, that goes to ArcadeMad aka Jordan/SameerHosting.
Sweet talk gets you what you want otherwise you get nothing. As for upsee your information is definitely false because we DO NOT close tickets without solving them or fixing them so you're providing a false claim if you really did order and have a problem for days then private us here on DP with the information and let's see on whose side are those false claims.

I'm hearing a lot of bad reviews about Santrex lately and most of the bad reviews was last month. Well my site was down too last month for more than a week but I understand, it was a major datacenter problem. I love it on Santrex, the speeds are blazing fast and I don't have problems with it. They aren't scam, actually i'm planning to get a dedicated server soon. They got their problem with the datacenter fixed already and thats a great news. I also want to try more of their services. Keep it up Santrex, hope things will be better day by day..
