I am interested but i cant trust you guys. I have been hosting in different places but all the offshore people seems to be the same. I had started with neocpanel, they ran away. Then I am hosting with santrex.net now and they are providing me excellent service in downtimes. So why should I trust you?? Can you tell me how can I trust you?? I am a reseller and I have clients and things like this will ruin me.
Hello, I was a previous client of NeocPanel too if you look through my posts. I had a terrible experience with them which led me to buy my own servers and setup my own hosting (and manage it with my own team). Before all this, I used to be moving here to there, thats the whole reason I decided to establish myself with my own server and own management. In terms of downtimes, we have not experienced any for a long time, the last time was only due to a datacentre network maintenance. Besides that, we have been up for a while now and an active 3 Months We plan on doing so, so long our financial requirements are covered. On our side of the promise, we garauntee a 99% uptime, however this does not mean our datacentre may have its own issues (very unlikely). We have a 5-Days refund policy and we host over 50++ Sites currently (active). Clearly, its up to the customers to decide who's trustworthy or reliable.
