I'm interested in a processing company that offers offshore accounts, deals with new websites that has no credit history, deals with shady areas of E-commerce, and doesn't costs a fortune on setup... does anyone got any leads?

    What's considered a shady area of e-commerce?
Interesting way of putting it, at least. I would be fearful though of any company that actually responds.

Almost any High Risk merchant account cost you more then a regular e-commerce account.

As mentioned, be carefull in your search and select.

High risk, that's a bit better. You should use that word - shady makes it seem a bit more ominous - like you were trying to create a cardable website or something.

If it is a membership based website, CCBill would be the company - they are an IPSP. If your volume is high enough, 2000charge.com might be able to get you set up with a merchant account or something else.

It is basically having a site that uses their merchant account to check on credit cards numbers as being valid. And then if that information passes, the scammer knows he / she has a good credit card to go out and buy on other websites.

That would be a shady area of e-commerce. Adult websites and gaming, while some people might have biases towards them, they are not shady

From this list I would go with Chronopay or netbilling and make a search on webhostingtalk.com for the other companies.

No not really. If it is a member-based website, CCBill is a great company.

Netbilling is only an electronic payment gateway (like 200charge.com, LinkPoint, Payflow, Authorize.net/Cybersource). These companies might have a relationship with acquirers to help you get a merchant account or possibly some type of an IPSP (Internet Payment Service Provider) relationship.

i signed up with instabill.com a few months for a high volume account. They dont seem dangerous as yet. Seems to be working fine for me.

For Adult I would only go with CCBILL or Epoch System and maybe Verotel, those are the leaders in the Adult Payment Processing nad have been in business for many years.
