Offshore Merchant Account Provider

    Ok I have been on the quest for hunting a reliable offshore merchant account provider for years. Here I am talking about real merchant account providers not payment processors like 2CO or Paypal. I need a complete e-commerce solution, a merchant account plus a payment gateway with reasonable fees.

    Any recommendations?
    I have found Durango during my quest, have anyone had experiences with them?

    Obviously, I am not US nor Europe based :)

    Why not try MerchantPlus at www.merchantplus.com. They sureley give's you the better rate and hassle free registration.

    Guys, I am from Egypt. I need a merchant account provider that accepts international merchant from outside the US and Europe.

    Anyone knows if an international merchant account can process US credit cards, or one has to have a US merchant account in order to do so?

    Of course! I will reapply again but still am looking for alternatives.
    My last resort would be to seek a US business partner which seems quite hard to find.

    and it's just ridiculous that I applied twice to instabill and never heard from them. I even phoned them and nothing but an answer machine.

    If you are looking for international paypal, 2checkout and moneybookers are few best option to go with similarly you can try out worldpay/protx for UK and chronopay for EU/Russia/Germany.
