Offshore Hosting?

    Anyone know of some great offshore hosting companies. We need something that allows adult content, casino, and etc. We will also be doing mass e-mailing which is opt in of course. We are looking for something around $50 dollars per month for testing. If all goes as we plan we will probably upgrade our plan to something more expensive.

    What's the difference in Semi Dedicated and VPS? We was looking for a VPS, but we need a VPN too?

    The main difference between Semi Dedicated / VPS, is management.
    Most VPS's are unmanaged, so Semi Dedicated Hosting is for people who do not know or do not want to manage their own server.


    You can create your own VPN via a VPS, or even purchase services from a 3rd party.
