Indeed websites dont act like that unless there is a bug or problem with the server set up and we are talking about the wordpress.org here.

If he didn't feel it was not worth investing time in a customer's problem, his customers problem, then sorry I gotta say he doesn't feel worth investing time to customers at all.

Changing server is a pain the *** for sure, and its even more difficult when your host is rather pushing you up to trouble rather than finding a solution (until of course I replied in here publicly.)

I have nothing against you anyway man, just like you, I am a webmaster... (well actually more of a blogger/designer) and I care about my visitors more than anything. And when I pay someone for a service, I expect him at least to try to provide it cause I am PAYING him for it. That's all.

PS: Don't worry, the server is very fast, unless of course you are not the only one visiting your site! Once you get traffic, Ooohlalala... the mask it comes out!!! Cheerios bro.. and have an awesome time with this host.

Yes I have bought hosting from them but I experienced some days down time though.

 

Every Host has downtime. That will include us among i guess all hosts on Dp.

And in the past few Weeks they were suffering from Numerous problems.

We checked the Servers. There are no Speed issue.

There are sometimes High Loads at peak hours. Generally at Night time IST.

Maybe because of that. We are getting a New Server to reduce the load on S2.
