Also please don't move from netherland. It was very fast for me(when not overloaded) and i wouldn't stay if you were to move in some far country that have slower load time because of the distance.

We don't mind retaining the Same Servers and keep it going the way it was.

But you see, there will be the occasional downtime, that might be long.

We want to provide the Highest Service, but the DC doesnt let us.

Yes there has to be something done but will you remain a offshore host ? I bet about 80% off your members signed up because you are.

There is some some moment each day, where the websites are like completely frozen.
For example it take 30-40 seconds just to start loading the page,is this always related to the DC or there is some website that is taking all the cpu?

    EDIT
It's not the cpu,it's the memory.I noticed this also the other day when i had the same problem, there is soemething that is gradually eating all the memory and now it's
around 80%(while if i remember well normally, when the site run fast is around 15/20%).
Please find who is causing this.

Hey thanks, talk with jflattery here on the forums.. He is a great honest reputable person. I know for a fact that he offers offshore vps. He may offer dedicated offshore servers as well.. PM him and tell him that we sent you to him, and see what he can do for you.

Edit: I just spoke to John (jflattery) and he does offer of shore servers and said for you to Pm him with what you need or are looking for.

    Assume what you want to.

We are taking Steps for ourselves to be able to Offer Better Services.

We can retain the Servers that we have which would save us a lot of time, effort and money as well.

But we don't want the Clients to suffer.

At this point of time, we are still with our old servers till we can gather funds and find a good Solid DC that can allow us to concentrate on providing the Hosting and Client Support than worrying when our Support Requests regarding Servers are answered.

Hopefully, i might have made my point clear.

How do i know if i am on server1 or server2?
The cpanel says server2 in the url but that is always working even when my site is down.
    Didn't you have your site down from 00:30 to 9:30 am(gmt+1) ?
That was fixed now(now it's 10 am in my local time).
It's not just my website but the host website was down too,so i think all his website were affected.Maybe you didn't notice.

No, they are actually quite fast and good.... this is the only thread he deals in, hence you are seeing all the downtimes and stuff.... check the date the server ever was started.... dont assume that all the downtimes were caused in a month, cause it wasn't.

Which server are you on? Cause the site was only down for maybe 30mins.... O_O or did I miss the downtime altogether?

EDIT- oh you are on server 2 lol... just saw it sorry... weird... are you sure you were not banned by the firewall? Are you sure that you couldnt access marvservices? When was this? How many hours back? Cause I am on server 2 as well and didnt notice anything major.

No i haven't been banned because i could still access the website by refreshing many times,it's just that it was overloaded either by someone else website or by some kind of server issue.
It has been happening often lately(at least everyday, but the other time was only 20-30' long) and the hoster said he know the problem and that should have been fixed within 48h(but that was some days ago and the 2 days has passed already).
I said the time of the downtime on my previous post, when i can't access my website i also can't access marvservices.com that I think it's hosted on the same server.

    NOTE
Except from the recent problem the host was great, with fast load times(and my website is quite bandwith demanding).
I would just like to have a stable service.
