There aren't any illegal files on server. We only link to it.

Thats not true. Im from the Netherlands myself, its still a safe place.
Dutch law states that we even may share files (as in burn dvd and stuff) on a small scale, for personal use.

and this not hosting files, but only pointing to files. in long run this court decision might be opener for more pressure. like warez linking etc.

Darn it . I have no clue why it went offline this time. I sent mail to data center , no reply yet. Is it night time in NL ?
we got new hardware , how the hell is it possible that it went offline :O
i even tried calling data center their automated system says support is offline. if you dont beleive me you can call here +31203162880 and they will say support is offline. However server1 is still running fine without any problem.
I cant beleive this time. It was a whole NEW server.

I only just paid this months invoice and a few days later I get:

    Not Found

The requested URL /~thusacas/files/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
    Apache/2.2.8 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.8 OpenSSL/0.9.8b mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 PHP/5.2.5 Server at 85.17.6.47 Port 80

I can't see my bandwidth going over, unless it wasn't reset from the month before, it won't even let me in cpanel to check. I can connect via ftp though.
