I'm not sure what you mean exactly but you says doubts about your hosting. It's quite clear there is a typo in that message. I'll bold it for you

Now should in fact be a not. Reason being they say you must follow all applicable US laws. Well copyright is one of them which means you cannot host software, movies, music ect. It would be against US LAW. Also it mentions you must follow the AUP which also says you cannot host warez material (they say wares)
