Your site's IP says its hosted in the UK, I am assuming you have another server in Malaysia for your clients. Could you please post a test IP and test file? ( 10mb large or so )

Malaysian laws are acctually quite strict and yes they do have copyright policys.It is very steriotypical that just because they are a asian country that they allow warez and stuff like that.My friend is from malaysia and even he said they are very tight about sites with warez and stuff like that.And they come down very hard on these types of people
Not trying to disturb the thread or anything: It's this stereotypical mindset of Europeans to think that all (if not most, at least) Asian countries allow warez-related sites. Truth is, no country (Asian or otherwise) will ever allow you to host warez on their servers. They may be lax about warez linking (indexing), but hosting is a different matter, and will possibly get you into serious trouble. One thing I'm quite sure of, is that Singapore does not allow warez of any kind on their servers, including warez linking. They are quite strict on piracy (copyright infringement, not the pirates one) since June'07.

My concern is DCMA. What if they find your illegal content, if they contact Malaysia, can they still shut down the server? Do they have the authority to shut the server down? Because even Amsterdam-based server, they were able to shut it down
