Offshore hosting needed

    I need a shared or vps host account to host a website i have.
    What i need is to be able to send emails to different contacts lists (not spam).
    Users log into my website and it allows users to check who deleted them to msn. After that they can send a mail to all their contact list, so imagen that the mail load its big.

    I need this configured today.

    Paying well.

    I dont need much, but some servers (mostly shared) dont work with my script because my script need to connect to msn server to grab users contact list, and for some reason some shared servers i tried doesnt work.

    If you have a test account i can try, if it works i will hire the server.

    I dont need much storage. I need 300gb monthly transfer.
