Offshore Hosting Needed

    Hi iam looking to buy a offshore host with good uptime but i also need a domain name with this like a .com etc

    server needs to be in the neverlands or somewere like this

    what i need

    storage around 5 gig
    bandwith around 500 gig
    FTP account 1
    phpMyAdmin
    cPanel
    CGI/Perl/PHP
    SQL 2
    domain name

    the site will be used for a torrent site (linking only) like warez etc

    NO FILES WILL BE HOSTED

    iam looking to buy this as soon as posibal and can pay by paypal

    if you can sort this out for me, please post here or message me... looking for the best deal
