    Ok I am offering paypal only hosting with warez linking allowed.
    No domain included.

    Proxies allowed at an extra 2$ a month if they dont take up too much bandwidth or load.
    Overuse of b/w or load with proxies and i will email you saying, and you will be refunded for proxy charge and/or hosting depending on what you answer, or ill let you keep it if you can try to lower the load.

    Hosting warez files or torrentflux will get you suspended.

    I cant see why he wouldnt, i think its just rapidleech type scripts he wont allow. To be honest i cant see why you would need offshore hosting for this site :)

    no one is ordering because you don't have any kind of reputation, you don't even have a website up. Why would anyone spend their money on something that sounds like it will be gone by next week. There are too many reputable alternatives available that have been around for a long time and have better rates.
