    I am using nulled scripts and since I don't want to run the risk of being terminated, I am planning to get offshore host.

    They are plenty of offshore hosting around, be sure before signup to do basic search for reviews check how long the company as been running, Contact them if they allow "nulled script to be installed"

    Well if you are looking offshore, it is not so strict, but you should be carefull to publish your website...
