Which are some good offshore Domain registrars that value customer's privacy? I was going to sign up at GoDaddy and then I read so many horror stories at NoDaddy that they just give random people their customer's info even with Whois protection.

I am a goDaddy's customer, and I haven't faced any issue even after 8 months.

I love name.com and using their free whois privacy protection services. You may also consider directi.com

Katz has always treated me well. They have multiple jurisdictions from which to choose for your WHOIS data, which can be very useful (ie. some of my domains with them display US data and some display other countries, but all are protected.)
