    Why would you want an Australian dedicated server? Are you planning on running something specifically for this area? Otherwise its pretty pointless.

    Offshore means elsewhere , how i understood but doesn't mean illegal content is allowed offshore, even the hosts from Netherland i think will close the accounts if someone makes a complaint or many , warez and stuff like this is = play with the fire , in my opinion , in general
