Excerpt from site: http://007cpa.com/w/ Code (markup): Overview: 007 CPA is the only fully offshore CPA network on the planet, thereby extending massive benefits and bulletproof securities onto the publishers and advertisers. Our office, servers and banking are established in the worlds most secure offshore financial and commercial centre. This positions us as the only network in the world that can fully avoid any and all hassles placed on other networks by countless organizations such as the FTC, the IRS, FINCEN, and the long reach of unlawful bodies of law such as the USA Patriot Act and The CAN-SPAM Act. In a sentence, all countries and their laws have no authority and no jurisdiction, on anything, personal and business, structural and financial. It is important to note however, that while we provide 100% protections against government agency inquiries and corporate lawsuits we run one of the strictest networks. Our rules and guidelines are molded by unwavering integrity and unbending ethics, just not by laws that facilitate invasions of privacy and unfair competition. Our terms or service are made clear at all times and fully enforced to keep the integrity of the network intact at all times. In other words, scammers and spammers are not welcome, and quality content is essential in all marketing campaigns. Beyond that, publishers have no worries. Benefits: 1. Offshore Server(s). No prying eye or server seizures. 2. Offshore Incorporation. No lawsuits or legal issues whatsoever, for the network or the publishers 3. Offshore Banking. 1) .ca is not offshore 2) legal isues are still there... it's under .ca law... and they listen to the US... 3) this could still happen
Hey Jimbo, Thanks for taking the time to comment. A couple comments about your response... I'm assuming ".ca" means Canada (btw, the definition of "offshore" is anything that is outside of where you reside... so, Canada is offshore for anyone but Canadians... however, 007 is not Canadian). 007 CPA has very little to do with Canada.. we route some traffic through there for various reasons, however, that's not really important... Patriot Act and CAN-SPAM are US laws... period. They have NO jurisdiction anywhere outside the US, and that includes Canada. Canadian courts (or any other nation's courts) do not "listen" to the US... they are bound by that nation's legislation. Perhaps, nations are affected by US foreign policy and economic influence... I won't doubt that, but that's certainly not at the court level (law is law, in each respective nation, and politics can't influence that). 95% of the activities of our enterprise are in Belize and Uruguay. However, again, that's not really important here... Because here's what's important: NOTHING can happen to the publisher as we stand between the publisher and the corporation or government agency. We assume all legal responsibility. We run a clean network and work hard to make sure there is NO spamming or scamming. However, we are willing to take full responsibility for allowing someone on our network to misbehave (should we miss one); and why shouldn't we (and all networks for that matter)? So, with that in mind and aside, we are willing to protect all of our publishers from what we believe to be corporations (FB, et al) and quasi-governmental agencies (IRS, et al) that are abusing legislation and chasing down marketers in acts of unfair competition and invasions of privacy. We attempt to identify and remove any publishers that email spam and run malicious code campaigns. But, we will protect all of their identities, no matter what, and deal with any legal consequences ourselves (however, we're bulletproof). If we don't reveal identities, nothing can "happen" to the publishers. Most people are TOTALLY mis-educated on law and finance. That's right... mis-educated. This means that most are not just simply unaware, they've been lied to. So, the challenge is not just informing (painting on a blank canvas), it's about re-adjusting perspective entirely (getting people to agree to burn their current canvas and painting a new one)... and this is profoundly more difficult. If all you really know about law and finance is what the government, your parents/teachers/friends/et al have told you, assume it's 99% wrong. It's tough, but totally worthwhile in countless ways, to reprogram though... from massive tax savings all the way to peace of mind because you know how things actually work and know precisely how to protect yourself (and all of it is 100% lawful). I'll wait to see more interest however, before I continue spouting. I don't wish to waste anyone's time, including my own. I'd definitely be up for more challenges and questions, from anyone.. feel free to fire away (no flaming or trolling though). Thanks for your time, best, JW
@metas, The link isn't working.(edit: Ok, I see the website now) Also, what type of traffic you allow and don't allow. Get paid to, porn, facebook etc
Pretty much all types (all that I can think of anyway), but not for all offers. Description fields normally outline prohibited traffic. We try to get offers with the least amount of prohibitions though.
Well, generally speaking, I laid it all out there in the original post and follow-up. I'm not sure what was missed there, but here's a snippet that's to the point: Benefits: 1. Offshore Server(s). No prying eye or server seizures. 2. Offshore Incorporation. No lawsuits or legal issues whatsoever, for the network or the publishers 3. Offshore Banking. No banking interruptions… bank account freezes, wire stops, etc. 007 CPA guarantees payment/banking/wire solutions for all countries. Well, that's a fair enough question. It gives me an opportunity to get things a little clearer on what this network is actually all about. GH and BH are very, very subjective terms I think. I hear on Warrior all the time people calling methods BH that are WH in my opinion... they can be a little uptight there (I've seen more than one person say that stuffing your own keyword meta tags was BH). Anyway, we're all guys that like to stay on the cutting edge and we dabble in some pretty creative stuff. So, we know it's important to stay open-minded, but we're always trying to stay conscious of the impacts. While the network is not worried about these erroneous laws, we're pretty straight guys at the end of the day. The purpose here really is to protect publishers from illegitimate attacks, not to create a haven for spammers and scammers (not suggesting you or anyone else is that, just need to make that clear every time I can). I'd say that anything that injures is out... botnets, malicious code, etc. Email spam and fake or deceptive campaigns are out too. The other big thing, ethics aside, is the network obviously has to protect the image of the advertiser and deliver quality leads. Extreme/obvious BH campaigns can damage brands and provide poor quality leads. This is not good for anyone, especially mid to long-term. The guidelines won't be wildy different than the next network... the big difference is that if/when your pub ID is named in a lawsuit, we won't reveal your identity (like every other network must and will). The way we see it is that we are "full responsibility people" and should take that responsibility. In other words, if you're named in an illegitimate suit, we'll protect you and if you're caught doing legitimately bad things we'll take responsibility for it still and not reveal you. It was us after all that approved the application and it would mean that our fraud/spam/scam metrics failed... our fault, in our opinion. Too many networks don't take responsibility for their actions and decisions and instead burn the publishers without a second thought. Hope that answers your question to some degree; I realize it might appear vague in some ways, but I'm hoping it comes across fairly clear. If you have more specific questions, feel free to PM me.
Well, it depends on what you mean by "bypass". There is no evasion of taxes; it is lawful structuring that minimizes or eliminates your tax burden. We teach our publishers how to properly set-up their businesses offshore. The structure and the flow of revenue is 100% legal.
sorry but is not clear, do you accept spam and BH? cause BH can be malicious... spam is not legal almost anywhere, there are laws about it all over, not just US. AM talk about the market, only referring to US but it'sok almost all the customers are from US anyway
I mentioned that spam was not okay on our network: Just to be clear... We definitely do not allow spam. Let me know if you have any more questions.
Happy to clarify any and all points. I think this excerpt from the 007 page on the site, says it all: It is important to note however, that while we provide 100% protections against government agency inquiries and corporate lawsuits we run one of the strictest networks. Our rules and guidelines are molded by unwavering integrity and unbending ethics, just not by laws that facilitate invasions of privacy and unfair competition. Our terms or service are made clear at all times and fully enforced to keep the integrity of the network intact at all times. If anyone is interested in descriptions and explanations on offshore structuring and the benefits of that, please don't hesitate to ask and I'll answer. Best, JW
Interesting question... one I was not expecting. Let me make a general comment on this (this is not aimed at you, mtmjohn): Some of the best known web services sites don't provide their office location, because it's not really relevant... their business is conducted on the web and not in a physical office, so they don't feel it necessary to advertise the office location. This is true in our case of course as we are wholly web-based, but more importantly we are extending privacy protections to the publishers and to effectively do so it is wise to stay somewhat private ourselves. For those that have forged a relationship with us this information is not as guarded (what is available publicly and privately are certainly two different things). Bottom line, this information isn't published because, publicly speaking, it's no one's business. For those that don't appreciate/understand that, we accept it, and recognize then that we're simply not a good fit for them - we won't justify or argue that. For those that wish to create a relationship with us, you can contact us privately and we can further discuss this and anything else. If you're just interested in a general sense, our sister corporation tells a story: http://bankitoffshore.com Code (markup): HINTS: Just look for the big red arrow in the first image of the slider. Read "THE Offshore Secret" for more information. Best, JW
Not a very specific comment. Instead of making assumptions as to why you would say that or what you meant by it, perhaps you could explain further and I can respond more specifically. In the meantime... We have plenty of high quality advertisers that are more than happy to advertise with us as we run an extremely clean network. Here's a screenshot of about half of our current offers: http://i.imgur.com/M3nIZ.png ONCE AGAIN, campaigns on our network are ethical and quality... we DO NOT allow scammers and spammers on our network... we run robust spam and fraud metrics to detect and prevent that. What we do offer is protections from illegitimate legal actions (as well as optimal financial structuring). In other words, we're not going to steal your money and kick you out of the network just because someone writes us a letter, like many/most other networks. Should we receive a letter making claims against a publisher, we'll have a closer look at the campaigns that are running and if we feel that they are inappropriate we will insist that the campaigns be removed; if this is not adjusted within a reasonable period of time we delete the account, but we will pay all monies owing and still not reveal the pubs identity. We simply take full responsibility for the content on our network, and will not sell out the publishers to protect our interests. To fully appreciate and understand this, one needs to read carefully and not make assumptions. Many will not understand simply because they are applying flawed information - most of what most people "know" about finance and law is incorrect. For those that can and do open up to it, they are then able to see what we're really doing (running ethical campaigns and operating lawfully, while passing on protections and financial benefits to our publishers) and benefit from that. It's really quite simple, but not necessarily easy to comprehend. Best, JW
