    Hello guys!

I don't really know much about this. Did a little research online. My friend will talk to the lawyer tomorrow about this, but I have to ask. Maybe some of you know more than me.

Let's start with: I don't earn enough to justify an offshore company, yet, but thinking about it in 2011.

The taxes in my country are very high and growing each month and I'm thinking to move my business abroad in a tax heaven. Anyone has some experience with this? I really want to maximize my taxes before I get my company a little big. Remember, I don't know anything about it, so be nice

What country do you live in? The laws regarding ownership of offshore entities vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

Checked the jurisdiction. I can own a offshore entity.

I'm just looking for people who have offshore companies and how they did it ;-)

It is a tax haven, not tax heaven.

ur still going to have to pay taxes on where ever you are living. so lets say i live in america, and i get an off shore company, that money is going to be coming to me still. so im going to have to pay taxes on it, and if im not paying taxes on it, then its tax evasion. Also the US works with banks to hunt down people with US residency to track them down to make sure you pay them TAXES ON WHAT EVER YOU EARN.
