does anyone FROM the US use offshore bank accounts OUTSIDE of the US? I'm wondering if there is an easy way to get cash from things such as paypal without having to use my personal bank account(taxes) ?

    your thoughts?

If you're from the USA as I presume, you might want to look into the legality of offshore havens. Unfortunately they are illegal to use in the USA and Japan. Only way to get round it is to surrender your passport apparently. Don't quote me on that, but I did hear that the IRS in the States are coming down hard on those who are caught.

And to answer your question, it is entirely possible. Offshore banks work the same as regular banks, but just take longer. Have a look here:

You can use an offshore bank account connected to a debit card. I cant see how they may get cought on that. You may also try anonimus debit cards. Are harder to find but way safer

Maybe you can check out Bradford & Bingley International based in Isle of Man which is considered a tax haven.
