Offshore / Annoymous Hosting

    Very little bandwith usage.

    Nixism.com and about 1000000 others are promising that. This thread is about anonymous hosting.
    Offering a company located in USA as anonymous/offshore hosting option is not very smart.

    Usually anonymous hosting means that when (for some reason) one get into trouble with authorities, the hoster will not give away client information, which includes payment info, IP of the client etc.

    In USA hosting companies MUST give such information when there is a proper court order, thats why its not fully anonymous. Offshore company can give that kind of anonymity since they just got different laws.
