I am in need of a fast and reliable warez hosting that does not oversell and will allow me to host anything (except for child porn) and will not shut me down. I dont want any hosting that takes my money and runs away with it. Also, I will make my payments via credit card. Willing to pay around 20-30$/month. I have already seen a couple of hosting that attracted me but too bad they dont accept credit card payments

Omg man why do you guys believe that you can host warez in Germany? It´s one of the most police controlled states in the world.
I believe Germany respect intellectual property, but there are true many offshore hosting on Germany. Don't know why, anyone knows?
I think it´s because Germany is a big country, so the hosts you are talking about are probably on major networks with 10.000s of servers. But in my experience, Germany is the land of the lawyers. They sue people for everything.
