hello all, I have done all the thinghs which are needed for off page optimization but still my site is not getting page rank 7 and my client is demanding for that. Earlier i commited him to increase the pr from 4 to 7 in one year then i did all the things like on page and off page laso but still the pr is 5 . i am affraid now that might be site will be penalised if i will do more optimization then i suppose to provide a free service with a small link of my client website so that i will get the benifit of the back link but not sure it will work for me??? need your suggestion for this........

How can you guarantee a client a PR value??? I think for a PR7 website you will need hundred of thousands of links...This doesn't come through "normal" link building but rather really unique content and creative link baiting strategies where people over the internet link to your site naturally.
yes that i know i cant commit for pr but i told himm that we will try to increase the pr up to 7 ....... for more quality backlink i am thinking of a free service.....
make sure all your process is in with quality, meaning.. directory submission.. dont submit if its not PR 4 and up. (though you aim for high PR) forum posting - post and related forums and has a good number of member participating per day and also checked if the thread was index. social bookmarking - do it not only to spam but also, have a nice article.
hi, i think you not give guarantee for increasing PR 4 to 7 in one year, i try to my best and assume it's done but i think not guarantee for that. now i think you collect some quality links (relevant) and also do some high pr blog review and collect more back links.

For getting PR 7 u need lots of quality back links and also need keyword rich content for all the pages. If there is no content you wont get good PR result.
Why set such a goal in the first place? Goals should include ranking for keywords, regardless of PR. Well, get some PR 7+ links if you must achieve PR 7. I won't be cheap. Good luck
I don't think so you can get PR 7 in one year do work as much as possible but PR7 i don't think so and is you do over optimization then you will meet Penalty -950 and one more think I think you should concentrate on get quality back links and and one more thing if your site ranking is not increasing but stay on there position it is also a big thing if your client say anything then you can say that you are maintain ranking it is also a good achievement
Your goal is very high PR 7 need quality link from quality site, it's need lot of back link with good PR, If possibel get link form high pr Authority site, submit some Article to Ezine, articl dashboard and authority site so you will get back link form them.
