Selling Offloading Some Sites - Unique Scripts - Bid From $1

I am looking to offload some sites as I am minimalising my portfolio as a result you can grab yourself a bargain and bid on these sites from $1.

Here are the details of the sites:

Information:

Mens Location is a mens portal which is brand new and unmonetized! Its powered by a custom script and the script has been created in such a way that it doesn't need a mysql database, which saves pace and keeping the load down on your server! I know this site has excellent potential and could really do well with abit of promotion which would with the implementation of advertisements become a real money maker! It would be simple to implement ads onto the site, as I planned ahead when creating the site by implementing php includes so you can easily modify the content on the site to implement ads quickly.

Site 2: Swiftcube

Information:

Swiftcube has been uniquely coded in a way which pulls the results from various locations without being required to store the information onto a database. Saving valuable hosting and storage costs. As the site is brand new, assume no traffic and revenue streams - although there are alot of potential revenue streams which Swiftcube offers. Firstly on the resutls pages, you can easily add Adsense etc; on the homepage (and throughout the site) you will notice links to Twitter, LinkedIn etc you could sell the links to a users profile for a month for those services for a month. Furthermore you can sell ads inside the community area too. These have been thought off from the top of my head so if you spent a small period of time considering the revenue options you could easily think of more.

It is important to note that the community area is powered by Phorum currently and doesn't have a unique design unlike the rest of the site. I have been told that it isn't hard to create a simple template for Phorum or you could integrate BuddyPress and Wordpress for instance and create your community area with those. If I had enough time I would have created a custom design for the community area and/or added more features such as account upgrades - to make more revenue.
