Anyone tested out buying ads in newspapers and magazines to promote their websites? Care to share your results?
My main audience are english speaking people so advertising in my local newspapers wouldn't be the best of ideas. Since english isn't even the second language. I am planning a project for my country and I'll definitely be using local ads, tv commercials, radio commercials and stuff like that, maybe even ads in local magazines. But that's going to have to wait a while since I've got a lot on my mind at the moment. Maybe I'll post results on the forums here when I am working on the project. greetz, jobic
We have a big newspaper advertising campaign launching in about a week... I hope it works... I didn't pay for it out of my own pocket but the people on my team spent alot of cash on it, luckily I'm reaping a portion of whatever benefits are derived from it. But I'll be sure to iupdate everyone on its effectiveness once I get some numbers to report
