Has anybody had any success using Offline Marketing (Flyers, Classifieds, Etc.) to Promote CPA offers? There was a thread on WF about this, some guy said he paid people on fiverr to hand out flyers that directed them to zip/email submit... Has anyone had luck with higher payout offers, such as lead gen or even click bank? I have been very interested in offline marketing to generate traffic to CPA offers for a while now...
hi justin, It's very successful, but i wouldn't recommend hiring fiverr guys haha. I've tried that, and it failed miserably. The best way is to create a bunch of them, and stop by empty college classrooms 30 minutes before the class starts. Put them in every desk, and you'll get a decent amount of optins if your flyer is high converting. Off course, be careful from teachers that are against this haha... To be honest, most teachers don't even care if they see the flyers on the desk, since the students pick it up anywaise lol.
yea I paid a few people on fiverr to do it and didn't see any results. There's no way to prove that they were actually doing anything... Unless you buy a domain specifcially for that campaign
I can see it being profitable if you make it work but you need to have all your cards in the right place.
Here is a variation that does work... First make sure you have an offer that converts well Then get a list of names/addresses of folks who have bought similar items in that niche. Mail them a simple postcard with the offer and url (masked or redirect). Alternatively, if you don't want to invest in the list, and you have an offer with wide appeal - lose weight, stop smoking, eliminate debt - then take the unaddressed postcards to your US Postal Service and tell them what zip cod, or address boundries, to deliver them to.
